Zoom Virtual Meetings can be scheduled by the SPL, Scoutmaster, Committee Chairman, Lead Scout, Adult Mentor, or head of a committee (Summer Camp, AU, etc.). If you are in one of these positions, please complete the Virtual Meeting Addition form and wait for further instructions from the Virtual Scouting Coordinators.
**Please note: Virtual meetings must be schedule at LEAST 24 hours before that start of your meeting. If not, it is possible that it will not be scheduled/set up before the start of your meeting**
