1. Find a place quiet place with a stable internet connection.

  • Scouts: You MUST have an adult in the room during the first part of the call, once the call has started your parents are not required to sit with you throughout the meeting, unless they wish to. (BSA's Youth Protection Guidelines).
  • Adults: Please do not start the call unless all of the scouts, present at the meeting, have an adult with them in the room during the first part of the call.


2. Review the Troop 677 Virtual Meeting Expectations if you have not done so already.


3. Select the type of device/method you will be using to join the Zoom video conference below.

  • Feel free to use earbuds/headphones with this device in order to listen (make sure that you adjust microphone and speak settings accordingly).
