1. Go to helpdesk.troop677.org or to the Troop Website then click on Menu -> Home -> Help Desk

2. Click on the "Submit a Ticket" link or click on the submit a ticket icon (both options take you to the same place)


3. Complete your ticket

Hint: The more detail you can provide to the Webmasters the quicker they can complete your requests. You can attach files/screenshots if needed.


4. After submitting, you will receive an email regarding the success of your submission, if you do not receive an email within a hour after submitting a ticket, please contact the Webmasters at webmaster@troop677.org to verify that your ticket submitted successfully.


5. If you need to submit another ticket during the same session, click on "New Support Ticket" and continue this process until all of your tickets have been submitted.
